Synopsis
Grand Maulid: Functional & Frailty Screening
In conjunction with Grand Maulid 1448H with Masjid Al-Muttaqin, we are offering a FREE Functional & Frailty Screening, in collaboration with NHG Health.
The screening helps seniors assess their functional ability, strength and physical wellbeing as part of staying healthy and active.

Last registration: 3.30 pm
Level 1 Classrooms, Masjid Al-Muttaqin
Screening criteria:
• Singaporeans aged 60 and above
• Have not undergone this screening since 12 October 2025
• Please bring your NRIC & Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) card
